Bubble pure hydrogen into water (do not use gas mixed with oxygen) to make fully saturated hydrogen water. Must use a hydrogen generator that separates the hydrogen from the oxygen, and use the hydrogen gas only, or the oxygen will push the hydrogen out of the water, and this will result in weak, non therapeutic hydrogen water. Bubble on low for 15 min or longer.
